Channel with stainless steel grid

The channels with a grid cover “Leoni” are particularly suitable in situations where there is a need to drain large amounts of water in a relatively short time; in fact, very large diameter drains can also be applied to these items. They are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316 upon request. The fully inspectable, siphoned drains equipped with filter basket are perfectly integrated within the channel itself. In cases where supplies are of large square footage, lengths of the various modules of 6.00 meters are expected. In small supplies, to optimize transport operations, the assembly of the various pieces is expected to have maximum lengths of 3.00 and 4.00 meters. The assembly between the various manholes and conduits is expected to be done by means of flanges with corresponding silicone gaskets and tightening with stainless steel bolts that guarantee airtightness. To facilitate installation operations, a drawing will be attached to the material with numbering for proper assembly sequence of the pieces, which have already been tested in the company before packing.
