They represent an excellent solution in situations where a channel with good drainage capabilities is required combined with the functionality of a grating cover that makes it fully inspectable.
Combined with 300×300 mm sumps, the same as the slotted channel systems (Art. PC.001), they are easily washed and inspected, and hygiene and cleaning features are taken care of in compliance with EU regulations.
Protection to the sewer drain is provided by the odor trap and removable filter basket.
Constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel (or AISI 316 on request), parameters such as length and position of the drains are variable according to individual requirements.
In case the supplies are of large square footage, modules having a length of 5.00 m are provided. The assembly between the various manholes and conduits is provided by means of flanges with corresponding silicone gaskets and tightening with stainless steel bolts that guarantee airtightness.
In small supplies, in order to optimize transport operations, assembly of several pieces with a maximum length of 3.00 and 4.00 meters is planned.
To facilitate installation operations, a drawing with numbering will be attached to the material for the correct assembly sequence of the pieces already tested in the company before packing.
All realizations can be equipped with adjustable feet for positioning and level quotas.
Solutions with absolutely customized lengths can be made without taking into account standard modules.Edge filling with composite profile helps ensure product stability.
The technical drawing shows a section of the channel with sequence of slope variation up to 25.00 meters; heights are in reference to the module length of 5.00 meters. Modules with different lengths exist in stock: from 1.00 to 5.00 meters with steps every 0.5m.
