Slotted channels “Leoni” are the ideal solution for drainage of industrial floors of all kinds. They are made entirely of aisi 304 stainless steel or AISI 316 on request. Combined with 300x300mm collection sumps, they are easily washed and inspected, and hygiene and cleaning features are taken care of in compliance with EU regulations. Protection to the sewage drain is provided by the odor trap and removable filter basket. Their structure, thanks in part to the special anchor bolts to the concrete and the filling of the edges with the composite profile, make the channel especially durable in situations with high flow loads. The execution of such systems is carried out completely according to the customer’s requirements with our technical support, in fact, each quotation will be provided with relevant drawing with the main technical characteristics. In case the supplies are of large square footage, lengths of the various modules from 5.00 m are provided. In small supplies to optimize transport operations, assembly of various pieces with lengths of 3.00 and 4.00 meters is provided. Assembly between the various manholes and conduits is provided by means of flanges with corresponding silicone gaskets and tightening with stainless steel bolts that ensure airtightness. The assembly kit (including silicon gaskets, stainless steel bolts and nuts, and wrenches for tightening) is supplied directly by us. To facilitate the installation operations, a drawing with numbering will be attached to the material for correct assembly sequence of the parts, which have already been tested in our company before packing. INOX piping underneath the conduits with corresponding fittings are made upon request.
