The channel systems with grid cover by 'Leoni' are particularly suitable in situations where there is a need to drain large quantities of water in relatively short periods. These systems can accommodate large-diameter drains.

They are entirely constructed in stainless steel AISI 304 or, upon request, in AISI 316.

The drains are fully inspectable, siphon-equipped, equipped with a filter basket, and seamlessly integrated within the channel itself.

In the case of extensive supplies, lengths of the various modules are anticipated to be 6.00 metres. For smaller supplies, to optimise transport operations, assembly of various pieces with a maximum length of 3.00 and 4.00 metres is planned.

The assembly between the various pits and channels is provided by flanges with corresponding silicone seals and tightening with stainless steel bolts that ensure their tightness.

To facilitate installation, a drawing with numbering for a correct sequence of assembly of the pieces, already tested in the company before packaging, will be attached to the material.

Important

Parameters such as length, height, drain positions, and load-bearing capacity of the grates are variable according to the customer's needs.
