The 'Leoni' slotted channels represent the ideal solution for draining various types of industrial flooring.

They are constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel or, upon request, in AISI 316. Paired with 300x300mm collection pits, they are easily washable and inspectable, with features of hygiene and cleanliness adhering to European regulations.

The drainage protection is ensured by the anti-odour siphon and removable filter basket.

Their structure, thanks to special anchoring clamps to concrete and the filling of the edges with composite profile, makes the channel particularly resistant in situations with high load-bearing capacities.

The execution of these systems is carried out entirely according to the customer's needs with our technical support; each quote will be accompanied by a detailed drawing with the main technical characteristics. In cases of large supplies, module lengths of 5.00 metres are foreseen.

For smaller supplies to optimise transport operations, assembly of various pieces with lengths of 3.00 and 4.00 metres is provided.

The assembly between the various collection pits and channels is carried out using flanges with corresponding silicone gaskets and tightening with stainless steel bolts that guarantee airtightness.

The assembly kit (including silicone gaskets, bolts, and nuts in stainless steel, and wrenches for tightening) is provided directly by us.

To facilitate installation operations, a drawing with numbering for a correct sequence of assembly of the pre-tested pieces in our company before packaging will be attached to the material.

Upon request, INOX pipes beneath the channels with corresponding fittings are also executed.

The technical drawing represents a section of the channel with a sequence of slope variations up to 30.00 metres; the heights are in reference to the length of the 5.00-metre modules. Modules of different lengths are available in stock: from 1.00 to 5.00 metres with a pitch of 0.5 metres.
