Stainless steel pool channels

Features

Channels designed specifically for swimming pools, changing rooms, shower rooms; the water drainage takes place through a narrow slot of up to 8 mm, making the channels walkable even when barefoot.

They are executed with flattened edges to make the presence of the drainage channel in the pavement less visible. For this reason, the collection gullies are also smaller in size.

They are made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, although AISI 316 is preferable as they are used in environments where chlorine is present or where particularly aggressive cleaning products are used.

Their design with a perimeter flap allows the waterproofing sheath to be optimally fixed to the gutter.

The inspection sumps are siphoned and equipped with a filter basket. Assembly between the various manholes and channels is provided by means of flanges with corresponding silicone gaskets and tightening with stainless steel bolts that guarantee airtightness.

To facilitate the installation of particularly complex systems, a drawing is enclosed with the material with numbering for correct assembly sequence of the parts.

The system is completely versatile, it is built according to the customer's needs, there are no constraints regarding the length of the channels and the positioning of drains and manholes.

The technical drawing shows a cross-section of the gutter with the sequence of the slope according to length up to 15.00 metres. Reference is therefore made to heights corresponding to multiples of 5.00 metres.
